- Sign-ups begin in October for the winter season
- All sports fees need paid, or a payment plan set up prior to the first game
- Completed physical forms need turned into the office the week practice begins

**Sports Requirement Information**
Varsity Team Fee (9th-12th): $50
JV Team Fee (5th-8th): $50
Elementary Fee (3rd & 4th): $25

Current/Updated physical form is required starting the first day of practice (physical forms are good for 1 year from the date of the last physical)
